The World War II bomb exploded while defusing in Poland

The largest unexploded bomb of World War II exploded while trying to defuse in Poland. A spokesman for the Polish navy confirmed the matter on Tuesday. The British media BBC reported this news. Attempts were made to deactivate it deep in the Baltic Sea, the report said. But before that the bomb exploded. No diver was injured.

Explosions were felt in different parts of the city. As seen in the video, water is rising from the sea.

About 750 residents of the port city of Swainoji were evacuated for safety.

The RAF dropped the bomb, known as the "Tolboy" or "Earthquake," during the 1945 attack on the German warship Lutz. The port city was part of Germany at the time of the bombing. The bomb was 19 feet long and weighed 5.4 tons. It was 12 meters deep at the bottom of the sea.
